CWA Woodland Project Manager recruitment

CWA is seeking an experienced community forester to lead the delivery of the LEADER “Multi-trail” transnational cooperation project (working with partners in Sweden) which will demonstrate and share good practice and innovation in the construction, management and promotion of mixed-use trails. The postholder will also support the community acquisition, management and development of woodlands and other assets.

NB The post is three days a week for 9 months (until 30/9/2020), initially, with extension of the role subject to funding approval for other projects. Our strong preference is to recruit a member of staff for the full post, but we will consider applications to deliver the LEADER project alone, on a two-day a week, directly employed or self-employed basis.
