Who we are:
The Community Woodlands Association (CWA) is a Scottish Company Limited by the Guarantee (No: SC275097) and Charity (No: SC038374).

This privacy notice tells you what data we collect and what we use it for.
What information do we collect?
If CWA wish to use photographs that can identify the person within the photograph we will seek written permission from that person to use their photograph on our website, or other CWA marketing materials.
Should CWA wish to use a photograph obtained by another person, we would seek written permission from the photographer to use their photograph on our website or other marketing materials.
How we use the information?
The photographic permission will be stored by CWA and will either be deleted after 6 years, or renewed depending on whether the photographic images are still being used.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information.
